Heatmap, how to put a particular condition?

2 views (last 30 days)
Given a table with 3 columns (A,B,C), I have discretized A and B like this:
%%%%%% Discretization
bins = 0:0.0003:0.25
X = t.longitude_avg
NuovaX = bins(discretize(X,bins))
bins2 = 0:0.0003:0.25
Y = t.latitude_avg
NuovaY = bins2(discretize(Y,bins2))
I need to represent A and B on a heatmap with "heat" on the map depending on the mean of values of C on every bin of the map.
How can i express cdata to do this?

Can you post a mock-up of what you'd like to obtain?

If your variable C is a continous variable, heatmap function does except a color variable
You can change the colormap for a different coloring scheme.

You may refer to the documentation of heatmap for more details.
