12.8 V, 40 Ah, Lithium-Ion (LiFePO4) Battery Aging Model

I using 12.8 V, 40 Ah, Lithium-Ion (LiFePO4) Battery Aging Model. and it does not response to the charging matrix which I have deifned. as the figure below
note: the time vector of chraging (time2) is the as time vector of discharging.
as showen no charging, just in last few seconds!!

When the current is positive the battery is discharging, when the current is negative the battery is charging. We can see from the graph that only in the last part the current goes negative and therefore the results make sense. You might have expected a different sign convention for the current, if that's the case you can multiply the current with -1 and keep the rest of the model the same.
