Design of simulink for power flow

I have attached a link in which there is a model of UPFC for damping oscillations,can you tell how to create 4 input and 4 outputs for UPSC.I have attached a mdl also from single line diagram,but how to get 4 inputs and 3 outputs,please help

For the four outputs, remove the 4 scopes and replace them with output ports.

I only see a single input, though, namely the 3-phase power source.
