Make sure u (user) has +rwx for both and are owned by you

I suspect your ~/.matlab is owned by root

But I have a question. When I run a script or a command windows I see this message: Warning: Could not open file /home/antonio/.matlab/R2019b/thisMatlab.pem. No existe el archivo o el
directorio.

I find a hint that it might help to rename the .matlab/R2019b directory to something else, and then start MATLAB. That should result in your preferences being recreated.
