Fuzzy logic problem in simulink

Hello, I can say I am a biginner with FLC. I tried to simulate a system which is going to be controlled by using FLC, and i face the following warning. I am not getting the desired output.
In 'speed_controlof_separatlyexcitedDcmotor/Fuzzy Logic Controller', input 1 expects a value in range [0 1], but has a value of -5.66435e-08. [2430 similar]
In 'speed_controlof_separatlyexcitedDcmotor/Fuzzy Logic Controller', no rules fired for Output 1. Defuzzified output value set to its mean range value 0.5. [2434 similar]
i am asking someone's help to solve the problem. thankyou for your consideration and time...

Well, the message seems clear. The "input 1" is supposed to be between 0 and 1. But you have a very small negative value. I think you can add a saturation block to deal with it.

Thankyou Mr. Fungjun Jiang for your willingness to help me. even when i use the correct the range the output is not as desired. i need my system to track the step reference without noticeable overshoot. but the output i got with FLC is not matching the reference value (it is below the reference value). it may be because of the second warning. please help how to solve the second warning.
kind regards!
