Writing code for a fractional differential equation

Hello, I am currently doing a dissertation using MatLab, and I need to implement an equation from a paper, which is shown below in order to write the results, however I lam unsure how to write it in code so I can get the trace I need, I am currently using the MatLab toolbox dyansim and Matlab 2014b. Can anyone help?. Would be very helpful if you could reply ASAP

When I had a go I just ran into a series of errors, so I dont really think I have many ideas on how to do this

I was trying to get my head around it before I started to implement it so as of yet no, I need help to help me understand this and then change the equation above into code
