In the old Matlab installer I was able to pause my installation when I needed to switch wifi access points (ex. I start installing at school and have to finish overnight at home). How do I do that in the new installer?

How we download the whole 20GB software without pausing because my daily limit is 2GB per day only, when i try to resume my download next the installer show me error and i have to again restart from the beginning. It is very difficult for me to download. What is the benefit of purchasing the software if im not able to use it because it can't be downlaoded?

Usually, the installer can resume after the connection is lost, but if it is lost for an extended period of time, or if the network disruption caused some of the downloaded files to be corrupted, you may need to restart the installer.
So, if you are disconnecting your internet for a shorter duration of time, you should be able to resume it.
