About the additional academic license for wireless HDL

Hi
This is Bumhee
I have a Academic license and I'd like to implement the exmple "https://www.mathworks.com/help/lte/examples/lte-receiver-using-zynq-based-software-defined-radio-sdr.html"(LTE Receiver using zynq).
Therefore, I purchsed FPGA board and RF board as well as other accesarris like JTAG, Antenne.
But I realized that I need Wireless HDL tool box.
It's a unprecedent risk I am taking. Because the hardware board are really expensive to a student.
So, I should get the wireless HDL add on tool box. Could you help me how to purchase it?
Thank you
