Solving an ODE with time dependent term

I want to solve the ODE y'(t)=A(t)y(t)+C, where A(t) is a prespecified vector. So I have a time span [0,10] and I want to solve the ODE for y(t) ever 0.01s. I already have the vector A(t) specified every 0.01s. What is the best (fastest, most accurate) way to solve this?
