Hi. We set the initial condition for the integrator in its properties, then in Simulink

Browser in the Sinks library, find Scope and feed the integrator output to the Scope input.

You can do it easier - right-click on the integrator output and select view signal in the drop-down menu.

Try to close the matlab and restart it again your problem will be solved and the ramp and signal assesments blocks will appear by default.
