How do I deploy a Simulink model with external inputs and tunable parameters to third-party users without MATLAB and Simulink?

I want to deploy a Simulink model which has tunable parameters and takes external input to a third-party user whos does not have MATLAB and Simulink installed.

Starting in R2020a, Simulink Compiler enables you to share Simulink simulations as standalone executables. You can build the executables by packaging the compiled Simulink model and the MATLAB code used to set up, run, and analyze a simulation. With Simulink Compiler, you can deploy a model to experiment and tune simulation parameters on systems without MATLAB or Simulink installed. The following example illustrates this workflow:
