how to change the x axis names using corrplot)()

54 views (last 30 days)
I am trying to plot a correlation matrix between( "Energy","Protein","Sugar","Fiber","Fat","Alcohol") using corrplot(). But it seems like there is a limitation for the length of Varibale names on the x axis. For example "Engerg" instead of "Energy" shows on the plot.
I am wondering if there anything I can do to fix that. I am new to Matlab. So, I really dont know what to do now.
Thanks!!

Hi,
The behavior is expected as mentioned here, In “corrplot” the axis label names (i.e., Variable names) are truncated to 5 characters.
If you want to edit the label names of the plot obtained using “corrplot, you can do it interactively with the plot by turning on the edit mode as follows:
plotedit on
