Create displacement field from two scatter plots

Hi!

I have two scattered plot as you can see on the attached images. I would like to create interpolated displacement field, so that I can calculate the displacement for optional coordinates.

Do you just want to calculate the displacement vector? Or do you also want to plot arrows?

I would like to calculate displacement vectors field. I had an idea that the field would be somehow interpolated.

The points in the example are the points for which I know where they should be moved. For different distribution of blue points, I would like to move them using interpolated displacement field from the first example.
