Matlab App Designer/ Simulink block to workspace is not working

I´m having this issues with Simulink. When I call sim() function in Matlab App designer it does not return value of block to workspace.

simout=sim('gui_sim_model.mdl');

because of this issue, Matlab compiler gives me error, that it does not have enough parameters.

plot(app.UIAxesIK,hodnota.Time,hodnota.Data);

when I run the code from matlab it works, but when I compile it to standalone application it gives error.

How do I simulate the model properly with commands that it does return to worspace values?
