Modeling Long Distance Resistive Heater Cable

I need to model a 25 mile medium voltage resistive heater cable in Simulink. The goal of the model is to analyze the affects that the RLC properties will have on power delivery at long lengths. This cable behaves like a highly resistive power transmision cable. What would be the best block to use to create a model of this long resistive heater cable.
