How can I connect ardunino, matlab simulink and guide?

ı connected the potantiometer to arduino and ı get the result in matlab simulink in reel time. But, ı wanna connect the simulink output in reel time to guide. I wanna see how the plotly of output.

The GUI can call sim(), i.e. Simulink.
