how to create three conditions in the same if statement?

How to write if statment with three conditons? this is my code:
if C(i,1)<= A || N(i,1)> B
and I want to add this to the condition:
|| x>=y

if (C(i,1)<= A) || (N(i,1)> B) || (x>=y)
