How to embed image and text using matlab in excel sheet?

I have used the previous documents help to embed multiple images in excel sheet.
Now I want to embed information of PSNR value beside this image in excel sheet.
Can I know how to embed text in excel using ActiveX ?

As a bonus, I'm also including a demo that lets you put a formula into a cell of the workbook.
