can I a MATLAB code on vehicle dynamic, a code on complete vehicle model?

actually I want to model a complete vehicle on MATLAB, and then further include control algorithm to see the responses. To save my time if any body could help me with providing the code

Your best bet is to search the File Exchange. If it's not in there already, the likelihood of someone turning over such a comprehensive application to you is very low.

It seems odd to me to model the side slip angle without modeling the power applied at each wheel and without modeling the traction at each wheel. And, for that matter, the temperature, since the traction depends upon the compound used for the tires and upon the outside temperature and upon friction heating (especially if the tires are spinning in place.) Or is what you are saying that Yes, of course those things have to be modeled but you do not care about them other than to the extent they give information that contributes to the calculation of those three main parameters?
