Hi,
I am attaching my .csv file which is having time data (in microseconds)in first column & amplitude data in second column. Can anybody help me to plot a frequency spectrum of this data. Your help will be much appreciated as I am new to FFT in MATLAB.

You can refer to readmatrix for reading the data from the CSV file. Using the readmatrix function, data in the CSV file you have mentioned is read into a matrix, where the first column indicates time and the second column indicates amplitude. Please refer to fft for applying fft function and plot the frequency spectrum.
