Hi, Can we integrate Fijitsu softune IDE with embedded coder for generating controller specific C code?

Maybe. There is a mention of Softune on PDF page 39 of http://www.mathworks.com/tagteam/64031_LN446_Data_Analysis_and_Simulation_using_ML_SL.pdf which is a Chinese-language document (or possibly Japanese).
