ecg signal classification based on svm

i have a problem in detecting peaks in ecg signal. M y program output doesnot match with the output given in physionet total number of beats for individual records. Also how the annotation file in the database get connected with matlab

i have done the pre-processing using wavelet, RQA extraction and classifiy the signal. howver how can i extract feature standard deviation, mean and variance of RQA feature , wavelet transform feature and put everything into classification?

im not sure which procedure went wrong, please guide
