Where is my Simulink Onramp certificate?

Why there isn't my 100% certificate of simulink onramp on my Matlab Account? I completed but it shows only 43%.

I add an image of the final part of my course, I also completed the survey at the end.

Hi,

The course completion progress is based on the number of completed lessons and also survey at the end.

Check the course contents page to see if all the lessons have green checks some thing like the below.
