You'll have to be more specific than that if you want any help. No one is going to dive that deep and help you along every step of the way. We don't have time for that.

hi, the file you are trying to run is the wrong one try to run the file 'segmentiris.mat'
segmentiris.mat is the main file through which all the other files are called...
all the best !!!

Hello,
You need to run the the createiristemplate.m file
Please make sure your images are in the right directory and add the command addpath(genpath('c:/Please fill as required/')) so that the other folders can also be accessed.
Also add the dianostics directory as mentioned in the code.
If your code runs fine, you should have the segmented iris image and other parameters in the folder.
For comparison purposes, you need to save the template and the mask which the function createiristemplate returns. You can save them in .mat format (Please check the save option in Matlab)
Once you have completed this process, say 2 images, you should have their respective iris codes and mask.
To compare the 2, use the function gethammingdistance.m in the Matching folder.
I would strongly recommend that you go through the thesis and the code so that you understand what is happening at each stage.
Hope this helps.
