Matlab peakfinder java version

Is anyone able to convert the matlab peakfinder to class to java without the use of matlab builder JA. Is it possible to do so? The reason it needs to be done in this manner is so that it can be used on android. The peakfinder code is found here :
any help with this would but be much appreciated
