- Can you access the Add-Ons Explorer? If you can do so, do you see any kind of company login page in the Add-Ons Explorer window? If so, try using Simulink Onramp after logging in via that window.
- Log out from your MathWorks Account by navigating to the top right corner of MATLAB UI. Click on your name and press "Log Out". Restart MATLAB and try launching Simulink OnRamp and logging in.
Connection Error with Simulink Onramp

On opening Simulink Onramp, I get the error message:
Connection Error: The application could not connect to MathWorks
I was redirected to this link:
However, as per the MATLAB Answers link, I am not using any Proxy/VPN/Anti-Virus.
