Ctrl + '+' for increasing and Ctrl + '-' for decreasing. Or alternatively, press and hold Ctrl and roll your mouse wheel. Should work.

I find that your method does not work on Add-on Explorer!

and there is no "RESET font size" feature ;)

I tried resetting the zoom with Ctrl + 0, like in some browsers, but it doesn't work, so I don't know how to do it. Nor do I know how to zoom in/out within the Add-on Explorer. If nobody else replies here, I'd suggest contacting Mathworks support for that.
