hay, i have a problem in econometrics toolboxes, i dont fined a ARIMA model forecasting in it at this situaion i can update it and added to matlab r2011b think you for all

ARIMA was added in R2012a. You would need to update your MATLAB version and Econometrics toolbox license to at least R2012a to get it.
It is no longer possible to purchase a version as old as R2012a; you would need to purchase a recent version.

If your account is authorized to download an older release, then visit https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/web_downloads/select_release and select the release on the right hand side of the page.
Academic licenses are probably authorized to download older versions (except perhaps TAH versions). We (outside volunteers) have not been able to tell whether Student licenses are authorized to download older versions.
It is not possible at this time to purchase a license for a version as old as R2012b. If you need to use an old version but do not have a license for the appropriate toolboxes in that release or a newer release, then you would need to purchase a license for a current version, which would authorize you to download earlier versions (except perhaps for Student licenses.)
Hello,
I know this answer is nearing its third year, but I would just like to confirm that it is indeed possible for users with Student licenses to download older versions of Matlab (I have a Student license for R2019b and recently needed to download R2012a). To activate the older licenses, best to contact customer support since they have some neat tricks to help.

From AI:
To download older MATLAB releases, log into your MathWorks account and navigate to the downloads page, where you can select previous versions (e.g., R2023a or R2022b) from the "Select Release" dropdown menu. You must have a valid license that permits the use of older versions, which are available for legacy compatibility. [1, 2, 3]
Steps to Download Older Versions
  1. Log In: Go to the MathWorks website and log in to your account. [1]
  2. Access Downloads: Select "My Account" and click the download icon next to your license. [1]
  3. Select Release: On the download page, look for the "Select Release" dropdown menu near the top to choose the specific older version needed. [1]
  4. Download & Install: Download the installer for your operating system (Windows, Linux, or Mac). Note that you must install the older version in a different folder than your current installation. [1, 2, 3]
Key Considerations
  • License Validity: You can typically only download releases that your license entitles you to use. If you need a very old version, you might need to contact MathWorks Support. [1, 2, 3]
  • Legacy Support: Previous releases are available, including R2023a, R2022b, R2021b, and older, with documentation. [1]
  • Alternative Source: For very old, archived versions no longer officially supported on modern machines, community sites like Archive.org sometimes list historical versions.
(archive.org has no MATLAB releases. The Mathworks download page reaches back to R11.1 . It is not clear that even older versions such as MATLAB 10.0 are available anywhere at all.)
