Plot with time axis

Hi,

I have the start hour of a record, and its length. for example: start_time_h=16 start_time_m=23 start_time_s=54 record_length = 550

Now I wish to plot the record with the appropriate time. can it be done?

I think that firstly I need to translate the start time variables to a time object, and then calculate the end time using the record length, but I don't know how to do it...

What is record? A list of values for each second?
