Toolstrip (ribbon) text size

Toolstrip(ribbon) text size looks very small on my laptop (15'' full HD display), making it difficult to use Matlab for the extended period of time. Does anyone know if and how Toolstrip text size can be adjusted? I tried preferences/fonts but can't find the right settings.

I am having the same issue. I just spent the last hour digging around for solutions to this, and while I appreciate the suggestion from the answerer that the solution is just to fix this with the operating system, that involves adjust settings that will affect every other application I use. I seems very reasonable to me to just make a setting to adjust the toolstrip size, and I would really appreciate this being added.
