The goal of my code is to make a map and I am going to highlight the coffee growing regions so places like brazil, africa, central america. I tried to use the 'borders' function and it didn't seem to work. I thought a worldmap would come up when I used the borders function, but it didn't it just said function not found. So I am looking for another way to create a picture of a world map and then highlight certain regions. Thanks in advance

I don't. And no one who does has seen your question so I suggest you call tech support.

Hi,
You could use Cloropleth map to create a map having different colors based on density or some numerical values.
Refer to the following link to know about creating cloropleth maps from some numerical data.
