Unexpected MATLAB expression when making a table?

3 views (last 30 days)
When I try to present my data in a table by doing:
>> T= [ax ay subs(D, {x y},{ax ay})subs(fxx,{x,y},{ax ay})] <-- THIS GIVES
??? T= [ax ay subs(D, {x y},{ax ay})subs(fxx,{x,y},{ax ay})]
|
Error: Unexpected MATLAB expression.
This expression is what my professor told us to use and I am not sure what is wrong. Is 'T=' command wrong? Is there another command that would make the same table as the above command?
Thank you!

Try this:
T= [ax ay subs(D, {x y},{ax ay}) subs(fxx,{x,y},{ax ay})]
Note the extra space I added before subs.
