TestApp Unable to verify configuration of Android Device during Hardware Setup

Hello,

I have been trying to configure simulink support package for Android devices on my system. Both my system and the phone are connected to the same wifi network. The test app gets installed on my phone properly. But during verification i get the following error.

Test connection

Could not connect to Pixel : ************ using IP address 192.168.0.100. Ensure that your device is connected to a WiFi network accessible from the MATLAB host computer.

I have kept the phone "on" and unlocked throughout the process. I also noticed that the test app gets installed in both my personal and work profile created by G-Suite. Due to this, only one of the TestApp can be kept open at a time during the verification process.

Is there any Solution to this problem?

Hi Robinprince Edward ,

You can ignore the test connection issue and you can use the Support Package.

Regarding the test connection issue,

check if you are able to ping your Android Phone from your Computer using the Ip address mentioned in the error message. Make sure same IP address is shown in the phone settings. In the test app, if same IP address is shown or not.
