Consider Ax=B where A is 4x4 and two values of x are known and 2 values of B are known. Then how to find other four unknowns?

Think about how you would solve the problem by hand. You would convert it to a problem wehre you mosve the constant (known) terms to the right hand side. Then you would move the unknowns to the left hand side. Now you would create a NEW matrix that would describe that system, and solve it, using backslash.
Or, you could be lazy, just use solve.

Hi Phanindra,
You may look use this code for your reference:
syms b1 b2 x1 x2
A = magic(4); %random 4*4 matrix
x = [x1;x2;4;5];
b = [6;7;b1;b2];
S = solve(A*x == b); %used solve to solve these equations
% resuls
S.x1
S.x2
S.b1
S.b2
Hope this Helps!
