Display of Results upon selection of a checkbox

Hello.

I have two checkboxes in a window. One of them is a file selection from the present directory, and the other one is the manual upload of data. These results are displayed in a new window. I just wanted to know if I can get the results in the same original window (the one where the checkboxes are present)

The visual characteristics of the dialog box depend on the operating system that runs your code.

A modal dialog box prevents a user from interacting with other MATLAB windows before responding to the dialog box.
