please check why this code is not working for the image given below

Attach the .fig file also so we can run the code. Also, attach the temperature image if you have it. You can't get hotspots from pseudocolored images unless you "undo" the pseudocoloring to get the underlying temperature image, like I did with the attached demo.

If the EIF file is needed for your code to run, then zip it up and then attach it.
Looks like you did not attach the temperature image. All you have attached is the image where the temperature image has had a pseudocolor look up table (color map) applied to it. If that RGB image is the only image you have, say so, otherwise attach the actual temperature image. If you don't have it you'll have to derive it from the colorbar and the pseudocolored image using the code I gave already.

i just have eif file how can i convert it into jpg or png so that i can use this code to determine hotspot
