How do you open the full image instead of the thumbnail for a .SCN filetype?

Hello,

I am currently running into issues where I am reading in images with the .SCN filetype and the dimensions for the read-in images are the same as the full resolution images; however, the images that are displaying with imshow() are not full resolution. Is there another function or some sort of conversion that I could use to display at full resolution?

Also, if there is any advice for using the Color Thresholding Tool with these image types that would be greatly appreciated.
