Find boundaries of shapes in of black and white image

I have a black and white image (see attached) that I am trying to find the boundaries of. I have used bwperim but this gives me the perimeter organized in a way that is not useful to me. I would like each shape's boundary seperately as stand alone arrays so that I could, for example, plot each shape seperatly. Any suggestions?
