Resonant Dipole Impedance Evaluation
Show older comments
Hello there,
i am creating a resonant dipole at 150e6 Hz, however i am not seeing the expected impedance of 73.1 + i42.5. Instead i got what is shown below. i wonder why that is. Thanks.
ant=design(dipole, 150e6);
impd=impedance(ant, 150e6)
impd = 71.0832 - 3.0273i

The function design creates an antenna at the specified frequency of resonance where the input reactance is minimized towards 0.
