Real time data transfer between MATLAB and Raspberrypi

I am trying to control a hardware connected to a matlab PC through Raspberry pi. Basically the real time measurements used for control is collected in MATLAB and I have to transfer them to Rpi where I have written the control algorithm in python script.
Can anyone help me to establish this communication between MATLAB and rpi

Hi Akshay,
You can setup a TCP/IP server on the raspberrypi(in your python code) and create tcpclient on MATLAB. Exchange the control information from MATLAB using the "write" method of the "tcpclient" object.
That said, you would be better off using off the shelf TCP/IP blocks of Simulink support package for Raspberry Pi and model your control application directly in Simulink, instead of python.
You will find some useful control application examples in the Simulink Support Package for Raspberry Pi documentation
3) General PID modelling in simulink --> https://in.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/pidcontroller.html
Hope this helps!
