Problem in connecting g.nautilus device in simulink model( It shows the device not found ). I use Version R2015a

I tried connecting my g.nautilus device to the simulink model by using g.tec simulink blocks but the block always shows not able to connect to the device( it shows dongle cannot be found ) but i am able to measure the impedance with the impedence check block. I was able to see the readings using g.tech app outside Matlab but in Matlab i am not able to connect. Can someone help me out?

If your carrier allows it, you can view your APN settings in one of the following locations: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network. Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network.at&t apn settings

Damm even I am having a similar kind of issue, I have searched all over the internet and even have posted on number of threads on different forum, no solution seems to work. I am really frustrated, can anyone of you here help me resolve this issue, I am very much tired now. mxplayer
