Need help plotting various aircraft parameters of longitudinal motion

Hi all, I'm trying to visualize longitudinal stability modes such as Phugoid motion and Short period motion. I got values for A and B matrix . Can anyone help me how to plot parameters(u,w,q,theta) vs time using these matrix.

Also should I plot directly from State Space matrix or convert it into transfer function.

Have a look at the help and documentation of computeLongitudinalFlyingQualities. This function characterizes the short-period and phugoid modes of the aircraft using its state-space model.
