I can't uninstall MATLAB 2020A

I want to unistall Matlab 2020A but every time I try to this message appear.
Anyone know how to solve this?

Multiple files are missing, is there any way to create it?

The official Mathworks recommendation is to reinstall the software so that you can uninstall it (!!)
