Calculate t-statistic on data analysis results

I would like to calculate the t-statistics on the results of my data analysis. (Code and results attached)

The results contain the three variables 'Bottom', 'Top', and 'Difference' and I would need a t-statistic for the three of them. Unfortunatelly I am not really into statistics and am not familiar which way of calculating I should use.

Would be happy if someone has an idea on how to solve this.
