Default interactions during buttondownfcn for geoaxes ???

I am working on a idea to plot some points on a geographic axis with the help of a buttondwnfcn callback. But all the map interactions like pan, zooming don't seem to work as they were working without a callback. Is the interaction disabled while use the button-down fcn?

yes, the defaultInteraction is disabled when you set a window function like the buttondwnfcn. However, it is reenabled if the callback is removed.

Until now, i did not find a solution to have defaultInteraction if a figure window callback is set
