We currently have an application that uses the 2016B runtime which we deploy as is; a self extracting .exe.
We have updated to use 2019B, and that runtime is now shipped as a .zip file. I'm at a loss as how to add it as a prerequisite with Installshield. I'm hoping others have solved the problem and can share how they have done it.

I ended up resolving this by adding the runtime .zip and a .bat file as files for the prerequisite.
Then .bat file extracts the zip to temp, then runs setup.exe with the appropriate flags to perform a silent install.
