How to filter out information in an image using image processing techniques in MATLAB?

Dear all,

I have a video captured at 30 frames per second, and i have a frame 1, frame 2, ......frame 30. Here, I have shown images of frame 1 and frame 2.

Frame1 result contains some outlier, and I will remove the outlier using RANSAC. The frame2 result is not okay, so whenever I get this kind of frame 2 information, our image processing technique should compute some parameter/value from that image and make a decision

If we make a logic whenever the frame contains similar information like frame 2, it should filter out that particular frame with zero pixel intensities
