ZigBee simulations without ZigBee hardware

Hi! I'm really new to MATLAB and wireless communications.
So, I'm writing a research paper and in that research paper, I need to compare the data rate and latency of ZigBee and LTE.
Now, I know that there is a LTE toolbox for the LTE simulations but how can I simulate or get the data rate and latency of ZigBee without a ZigBee hardware?
