Running MATLAB on a Parallels Boot Camp setup

I have a Mac with a Windows 7 installation set up through Boot Camp. I have MATLAB installed on both OSs; however, I'd love to be able to run the Windows version of MATLAB without having to reboot the computer. I have a Parallels virtual machine set up using the Boot Camp partition as its startup disk. However, I cannot run the Windows version of MATLAB through this, as the MAC address of the virtual machine is different and causes MATLAB to complain about an incorrect host ID. Is there a workaround to allow for the use of MATLAB in both Boot Camp and Parallels, or do I need to get in touch with support to figure this out?

Just change the MAC address in Parallels to match the one you registered the license with, which they conveniently provide in the error alert.
Hardware -> Network 1 -> MAC address
