Deleting files downloaded during partial installation

I am trying to install MATLAB on my PC. I don't have lot of disk space left on my C drive. During the installation, I had to quit the installation because I was running out of disk space, because i wanted to re-install it on my D drive.
Now it appears that the files are still resisiding somewhere on my C drive and I want to remove them.
can someone please help me in locating them? my C drive is dying :(

%systemroot%\Temp
